HIGHLIGHTS!

The new division of mini-groms (13 and under) put on a good show! There are some kick ass future kiteboarders out there! Masters, Wally the Gator went bigger than anyone while Steve Sibborn threw some giant handle passes. Awards included an impact vest from ProMotion and Black Diamond Trekking poles from 2nd Wind as those guys are way too old to be kiting like that! HAHAHA! Women, Britney Todd was a past student of Renee Hanks' program and it's great to see how her riding has progressed. Mens, Alex Fox was solid throughout and won a trip to Cabarete donated by Dare 2 Fly. Grom (who placed 2nd) landed a huge back Mobe on someone else's kite after losing his in the middle of his heat. The Rock Creek Rail Jam showcased some steezy style by Dylan Thompson and local rippers! Wakeboarders such as Robby Jacques and the Cardoza's rocked it all night as well! Camping went over well and I could hear quite a crowd hanging out on the box in the middle of the night (you know who you were;) And last but certainly not least the amazing music. The Quick and Easy Boys were incredible. There guitarist can strum faster than the speed of light!
